Robert joined the Training for Success programme with Bryson FutureSkills in June 2016. He worked towards a Level 1 Diploma in Bricklaying along with studying Literacy, Numeracy and ICT. Robert secured a work placement with Cunningham Building Contracts in February 2017. He was offered an Apprenticeship with the company at the end of March 2017.
