WHAT IS AN APPRENTICE?
An Apprentice is a new or existing employee, working with experienced staff to learn and develop skills. An Apprentice receives “off-the-job” training on a day-release basis with Bryson FutureSkills, to work towards achieving Vocational Qualifications at Levels 2/3 and Essential Skills qualifications.
WHO ARE APPRENTICESHIPS FOR?
To take part in the ApprenticeshipsNI Programme an employee must be:

Aged 16-24 years

In employment with a Northern Ireland company

Employed on a permanent contract working a minimum of 21 hours per week
