Success Stories

Wallace is currently participating on the ApprenticeshipsNI Programme with Bryson Training and Employability. He is employed by Engie and is undertaking Level 2 & Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery.

We were delighted to hear that Wallace has recently been nominated by his employer Engie, for the UK regional Apprentice of the year award. The Apprentice Awards is an annual event that takes place to recognise and reward the achievements of Engie’s apprentices across the UK. Wallace was the only apprentice from Northern Ireland to be nominated.

Perry’s journey started when he enrolled with Bryson FutureSkills after he finished school to study business administration on the Training for Success programme. Perry achieved a range of qualifications including Level 2 in Business Administration, Level 1 in Communication Skills, and Level 2 ICT (Essential Skills).

Robbie began his training on the TFS programme in September 2015 and completed in September 2017. During his time on the programme, he gained invaluable work experience, skills and knowledge with Expeditors, a global logistics company based in Mallusk.

Bernard Moran successfully completed the Step Into Employment Programme securing a full-time administrative post with Helm Housing earlier this month.

​Robert is an Apprentice Bricklayer with Cunningham Contracts following his participation on the Training for Success programme.

​Dylan joined Bryson FutureSkills in September 2014. Dylan achieved his catering qualification on our Training for Success programme.

Michael joined Bryson FutureSkills in September 2014. On Training for Success, Michael achieved all of his qualifications and gained permanent employment.
