Michael’s Story

Michael joined Bryson FutureSkills in September 2014. On Training for Success, Michael achieved all of his qualifications and gained permanent employment.

I gained valuable knowledge and experience throughout the Training for Success programme. I have got to know people and my confidence in the work place has increased.

Michael joined Bryson FutureSkills in September 2014. Michael had limited work experience and qualifications. He was keen to enhance his employability through a mix of work sampling and training. Michael achieved a level one qualification in ITQ and decided to train in retail and achieved a level two qualification and secured a work placement and employment at Burtons Menswear. Michael gained valuable knowledge and work experience throughout the Training for Success programme.
